AI is everywhere, and so is the hype.

Every day there’s a new tool promising to “10x your productivity”. Most people don’t have time to test them all, so they either miss the useful ones or waste money on the bad ones.

AI, But Useful fixes that. I test AI tools on real tasks and give you a straight answer: is it actually useful, or not?

What you can expect

• Real tests. I use the tools myself, on screen, on real tasks.
• Plain English. No jargon. If I can’t explain it simply, it’s not useful.
• Honest verdicts. Some tools get a ✗. That’s the point.
• Free and paid options. If a free tool does the job, I’ll tell you.
